About Good News Sense

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 7:19 pm

Roger Wilson began posting a blog for GNS Cable in Lansing, Michigan, in August of 2008.  A blog, short for a weblog, can be anything from a personal diary to political commentary.  Good News Sense mostly focuses on various aspects of the good news that comes from our relationship to Jesus Christ.   Its purpose is to offer daily encouragement to counter the constant bad news from the fallen world in which we live.  GNS programs do that, and the GNS blog seeks to offer positive ideas from Scripture for anyone who visits us on the Internet.

GNS Cable Television serves the Lansing area on channel 19 on Comcast Cable.  Through the donations of members and viewers, it is able to provide a mix of locally produced programs supplemented by TBN, the Trinity Broadcasting System.  Your donations may also be directed to the support of this feature.

Besides regular messages of encouragement, we hope to provide information about GNS broadcasters, local churches and pastors, and community activities.  If you are aware of something that might be suitable to discuss, please leave the information in a comment, email Roger at jrogerw@juno.com, or call the office.

To become a donor, inquire about becoming a member and broadcaster on GNS, obtain other information, or make a suggestion, call 485-8760.
